The Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios
was founded in 1990 by a group of professionals engaged
in the real estate business in order to create a solid
association that could safeguard the interests of their business
sector.
Our association groups together professionals and business
owners in the real estate field, and it is present
throughout all of the national territory.
It is a non-profit association, duly registered in the Ministry
of Labour with association number 4507.
We currently have more than 1200 members distributed
throughout the entire Spanish territory.
Co-operation agreements:
1. BBVA (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria).
We have a co-operation agreement with this bank, one of the
most important bank of Spain, for presenting services and advising,
for organising events and meetings and for developing common
projects.
2. FIABCI
A co-operation agreement with our international counter-parts
concerning all aspects of the real estate sector.
Members of FIABCI in Spain are members of our
association too.
3. CONSUMER GROUPS
Agreements with various Consumer Groups throughout Spain in
order to obtain models of contracts and sales procedures officially
approved by both associations.
